Big is from the Pa\u00eds Misterioso<\/strong>, otherwise known as the \u201cMysterious Cat Country.\u201d He never cared much for Felidae<\/strong> customs and was something of an outcast, spending his time fishing in the jungle with his best friend Froggy<\/strong>, a Mobini<\/strong> frog. When Froggy swallowed the tail of Chaos<\/strong> and was captured by E-102 Gamma<\/strong>, Big set out to rescue his friend and explored the Mystic Ruins<\/strong> until he found Dr. Eggman<\/strong>\u2019s Egg Carrier<\/strong>, which he accidentally boarded. He fished out Froggy from Chaos and escaped on the Tornado<\/strong>, which led to a meeting with Sonic<\/strong>, Tails<\/strong>, and Knuckles<\/strong>. Big went with them to Station Square<\/strong> and helped save the city from Perfect Chaos<\/strong> and Silver Sonic II<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n While Big elected to remain in Soumerca<\/strong> he occasionally visited his friends in Knothole<\/strong>. He encountered Sonic again when he entered the Wolf Pack Nation<\/strong> looking for the Ancient Onyx<\/strong>, which had been stolen. Sonic and Big met with Queen Hatho<\/strong>r and explained the situation, but Hathor as a condition of their arrangement banished the \u201cheathen\u201d Big from their lands. The cats and wolves banded together to defeat the local Dark Egg Legion<\/strong> chapter that had stolen the Onyx, with Big helping to defeat the Grandmasters Drago Wolf<\/strong> and Razorklaw<\/strong> and saving Princess Sally<\/strong>. For his actions Big was named an honorary member of the Wolf Pack.<\/p>\n Big accompanied his friends back to New Mobotropolis<\/strong> where he lived as a civilian. He helped protect citizens during Titan Metal Sonic<\/strong>\u2019s attack and volunteered to join Rotor<\/strong>\u2019s Team Freedom<\/strong> to protect the city from Eggman\u2019s forces, such as the Tails Doll<\/strong>. Big later fought to stop the Egg SWATs<\/strong> from overrunning the city, rescued the injured King Naugus<\/strong>, and defeated Metal Amy<\/strong>. Big then joined the other members of Team Freedom in stopping the rampaging Tails Doll monster.<\/p>\n Personality<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Big is a simple man with simple needs. He prefers to spend his days fishing without a care and hanging with his best friend Froggy, but when he is more than willing to step up to the plate and help out.
