At the center of Sonic\u2019s multiverse, sits the Prime Zone<\/strong>, the template from which all other universes stem from. This zone is the one in which the main storyline of Archie Sonic primarily takes place, and is home to Sonic Prime<\/strong>, one of the most important figures in all reality.<\/p>\n

The origins of the Prime Zone are not known, but given the cosmic importance placed on Sonic the Hedgehog<\/strong> and his friends and enemies, it is possible the Zone’s<\/strong> significance came long after it came into existence.<\/p>\n

If anything were to happen to the Prime Zone, there would be ramifications felt across the multiverse. One such occurrence happened when Dr. Ivo\u00a0 “Eggman” Robotnik<\/strong> activated the Genesis Wave<\/strong> in a bid to take the advantage in his fight with Sonic and the Knothole Freedom Fighters<\/strong>. The effects of the wave are still being felt, and it is not clear at this time how this event has altered the Prime Zone itself, or the other realms in the multiverse.<\/p>\n

All that seems to be known at this time, is that there seems to be a cosmic balance that needs to be maintained within the Prime Zone, which is why the Zone Cops<\/strong> have opted to leave Dr. Eggman, who comes from the Cyborg Zone<\/strong>, within the Prime Zone.<\/p>\n

The following planets and celestial bodies are known to exist within the Prime Zone.<\/p>\n
