Vector is a hip croc and second in command of the Chaotix<\/strong>. Born in Downunda<\/strong>, Vector downplays his past often, but it is known that he was once adopted by a “Father”<\/strong> and raised with a group of orphans including Barby the Koala<\/strong> and Bill the Platypus<\/strong>. Vector would leave his home however on bad terms and make his way to Angel Island<\/strong> after building his Gyrocopter<\/strong>. Vector would initially attempt to hide his accent with heavy “street lingo”, but eventually found a natural sounding voice all his own.<\/p>\n Vector met Knuckles the Echidna<\/strong> early in his time on Angel Island, quarreling due to their quick tempers, but becoming close friends and exploring the island together. When the Island was threatened by Dr. Ivo “Julian” Robotnik<\/strong> and Renfield T. Rodent<\/strong>, Vector aided Knuckles and became one of the founding members of the Chaotix. Vector and the crew have continued to aid Knuckles in his many adventures, even if it took a while for him to get on good terms with fellow Chaotix member Julie-Su the Echidna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Vector was once the speediest member of the team due to his thin body, but his weakness convinced him to make a serious change. After training with his pal Mighty the Armadillo<\/strong>, Vector bulked up and became strong enough to even rival Knuckles. Not only does his throw a mean punch, but Vector’s jaws also offer a powerful bite that can snap a Badnik<\/strong> in two. Vector also has special bubble gums which he can use to create various breath based attacks.<\/p>\n Vector often acts like a big kid, ready to jam out to the latest hits and play up to his friends and anyone else he runs across. He even incorporates his tunes into his skill set with sonic waves from his headset. But Vector’s greatest asset is his mind.
